Complete Accounting Records for Each Property
We generate a complete financial picture for each of your properties with full general ledger accounting. We track property income, expenses, liabilities and more on a cash or accrual basis. We run key financial reports including the Owner Statement, Income Statement, and Balance Sheet.
New Tenant Placement Fee is 25% the first months rent with a minimum of $1000.

Our Fees
As part of our commitment to honest dealings, we list our fees for all to see.
* Monthly Management Fee is 8%.

* Lease Renewal Fee is $250.
* For our portfolio clients with 3 or more properties, we drop our management fee to 7%!
